In which I talk about my mom again. Sorry I'm not...
My favorite thing about having a doctor-mom* is not that she can diagnose via the phone, but that she can tell me how long my illnesses will last. This stomach thing…evidently a GI infection (I blame some not-so-fresh milk that my roommate and I both drank…she’s feeling it as well) and momma said just to get some rest and take it easy on my tummy.

Travel plans:
July 2-4: Atlanta & Greenville (SC) with the friends.
July 13-24: Florence (Italy, not SC) and London with the fam-plus.
August 25-28: Charlotte for Britney, Asheville for the cousin’s wedding.
Sept 2-5: DC/Blacksburg for a friendunion.
And I’m positive that at some point(s) in August I will be heading out to go to either the beach or Raleigh.

Lately I've been super creative with date ideas*
We have a college summer league baseball team called the Columbia Blowfish. They’re really cute to watch. And some Thursdays they have $1 beer night featuring cans of Busch Light. Which I just happen to purchase in bulk (24 oz) at bars anyways. (SURPRISE! GPOYW!)
Another idea: about an hour away is a drive-in theater. It’s in Monetta, SC and called The Big Mo. Movies begin at dusk...
