Two quick Sunday items.
1. Ran the 10k in 59:18, a 9:33 mile pace. So I beat my goal, yay!! And the first three miles was completely uphill and crazy hard. My running coach agreed and said it was one of the more difficult 10k’s.
2. VIRGINIA TECH BEAT #1 DUKE LAST NIGHT!!!! This TOTALLY makes up for UNC losing to Duke….OMG!!!!!

i made spaghetti for me and my roommate. then we watched tv. after that it was fro-yo. while watching last night’s jersey shore. packed for charleston and now i’m off to bed.
but that’s because i’m running a 10k tomorrow!! trying to get a solid sub-60 minutes which should be doable since i ran one last year with minimal training in 1 hr 42 seconds.
so wish me luck!...
