Unintentional sleeping in
Last night I was in a meeting until 8:30pm which meant that I got 3.5 hours of comp time.
I’ve already used 2 hours this week for my gym days.

One of my friends/co-workers just got back from a cruise to the Bahamas. (FYI: according to her it’s not the best vacay to take with a 13 month old.)

This is batshit crazy. Where "This" equals "I."*
My training sched for tomorrow says 4-8x800m cruise intervals. Where 800m is 0.5 miles. So, then this would be 2 miles. Four sets of this? Then that’s 8 miles, right? Plus a 2 mile warm-up and 1.5 mile cool-down. That’s 11.5. Plus some easy jogs between each 800 of 200m which might be a total of another 4 miles.

Half training
I joined a running group started by four USA Track and field certified coaches. They’re going to get my lazy bones to run a half marathon. Today we’re doing an hill workout.
1 mile warm up run
3 sets of 4 x 200m uphill runs at 5k pace
1.5 mile cool down
Umm…I’m going to hurt tomorrow. That’s 12 x 200m which is 2400m or 1.5 miles of running up a hill at a 5k (fast)...

Overall, very very good!
We met at the restaurant and I got there early (typs, duh). Exactly at 7pm he texted and let me know that he was there and had a table on the back wall. +1 for being on time/early.
