So I know I’ve been obnoxiously talking about it, but the day has come. I got my “braces” today! Anddd I’m going to have a killer headache later. Womp womp. Straight teef, here I come!!

Meh. It’s only a 1.2% pay increase. We get it every year for the cost of living adjustment. And, honestly? My friends who work for the State or even the private sector don’t get that. I never understood why we were assured a minimal “raise” each year anyways.

I went to Helen, GA this weekend with a group of folks for a mountain weekend of sorts. Got up there Friday around 4 after visiting the skankiest town ever.
